We always combine shipping to reduce charges on multiple items where possible.

Any overcharges will be refunded to your account once the order is dispatched.

All the orders are processed and prepared in my studio in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch usually takes from 3-5 working days.

The orders are shipped from Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, Ireland via AnPost Ireland's national postal service.

We only use AnPost Ireland’s national postal service or reputable national express courier companies.

In certain countries further charges for customs and duties may be added at the time of delivery: this is on a country by country, individual basis and will be charged by your local Customs office. Magda Bethani Ceramics is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
