Taster - 3 hour Wheel Throwing Course
Friday 6th December 2024 5.30-8.30pm
One-off Class for adults (+16) - 6 participants
Did you always wanted to try wheel throwing or you tried a few times and wish to do more?
Then this class is for you!
You will learn how to:
- wedge and prepare your clay
- handle pottery tools
- center and pull clay
- learn to throw small cylinders / cups on the pottery wheel
At the end of the class you will be able to choose 2 of your favourite pieces to bring home with you. These pots will then slowly dry and be kept for display. Will not be glazed or watertight. If you would like us to glaze 1 or 2 of your pieces that can be arranged on the day of the class at an additional cost.

Please bring with you an apron and a small towel.
In case of cancelation we can provide full refund if 7 days notice is given. If you cannot attend the course, you will still be able to transfer your place to another person by sending us an email with all the details before course commense.
